Located in Bhadraghat, Kamarkhand, Sirajganj, the Sirajganj Feed Mill stands as a testament to ACI Godrej Agrovet's commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability in animal feed production. Established progressively over the years, with the Muyang Plant in 2005, the Neotech Poultry Plant in 2008, and the Floating Fish Feed Plant in 2010, this state-of-the-art facility spans an impressive 17 acres and serves as the heart of our feed manufacturing capabilities.
The Sirajganj Feed Mill is equipped with advanced machinery and technologies, ensuring the highest standards of production. With a capacity of 20 TPH for the Muyang and Neotech Poultry Plants and 10 TPH for the Floating Fish Feed Plant, our facility can efficiently produce a wide range of animal feeds to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Our feed mill is outfitted with cutting-edge equipment, including dumping points, hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, extruders, dryers, coolers, and sifters. Additionally, the facility houses essential support machinery such as gas generators, gas boilers, air compressors, and a water treatment plant. An impressively perfect weighbridge scale ensures accurate measurement and logistics management.
To support our large-scale operations, the Sirajganj Feed Mill boasts substantial storage capacities. Raw materials are stored in silos with a capacity of 9,000 MT, within the plant at 8,000 MT, and in outside godowns at 38,000 MT. Finished goods are stored in the plant (2,200 MT) and outside godowns (1,600 MT), ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality feed products to our valuable customers.
We offer an extensive range of feed products to cater to various livestock needs. Our product lineup includes 5 SKUs of cattle feed, 14 SKUs of poultry feed (covering broiler, layer, and Sonali feed), and 41 SKUs of aqua feed (both floating and sinking). This diverse portfolio ensures that we can meet the nutritional requirements of different animal species, promoting their health and productivity.
As a company dedicated to sustainable practices, the Sirajganj Feed Mill incorporates eco-friendly initiatives, such as an onsite water treatment plant to ensure the purity of water used in feed production and to treat wastewater before release.
