The Rajshahi Feed Mill, established in 2017, is a state-of-the-art facility of ACI Godrej Agrovet Limited, strategically located in Jotrabon, Damkura, Paba, Rajshahi. Spread over 7 acres, this modern feed mill is dedicated to producing high-quality fish feed, underscoring our commitment to advancing aquaculture in Bangladesh.
This facility boasts an impressive production capacity, featuring two production lines that ensure robust output to meet the burgeoning demands of the aquaculture industry. Line 01 operates at 15 tons per hour (TPH), while Line 02 has a capacity of 5 TPH. Such capabilities enable the Rajshahi Feed Mill to produce a diverse range of fish feed products efficiently and effectively. Equipped with advanced machinery, the Rajshahi Feed Mill ensures efficient and high-quality production processes. The key equipment includes a dumping point, hammer mill, mixer, pulverizer, extruder, dryer, cooler, sifter, gas generator, gas boiler, air compressor, water treatment plant, and a weighbridge scale. This comprehensive array of machinery supports the mill’s ability to produce top-tier feed products consistently. In terms of storage, the facility is well-prepared to handle large volumes of raw materials and finished goods. It features a raw material storage capacity of 9,500 MT and a finished goods storage capacity of 1,200 MT. These ample storage facilities are crucial for maintaining a steady production flow and meeting the high demands of our clients

The process begins with raw material intake, followed by batching, grinding or pulverizing, mixing, steam conditioning, extruding, drying, sifting, oil coating, cooling, vibro sifting, and finally, packing. This streamlined production flow ensures that every batch of feed meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
