Introduction

The Narayanganj Feed Mill, established in 2020, stands as a testament to ACI Godrej Agrovet 's commitment to advancing the feed industry in Bangladesh. Located in the strategic Harvest Rich Industrial Park on the Dhaka-Narayanganj Highway in Vulta, Rupganj, Narayanganj, this facility is designed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality poultry and aqua feed.

Capacity & Contribution

Spanning 6 acres, the Narayanganj Feed Mill is equipped with modern technology and machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The mill features a robust production line with a capacity of 15 tons per hour (TPH). This capability allows the facility to maintain a consistent supply of feed products, ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. The major equipment at the Narayanganj Feed Mill includes a dumping point, hammer mill, mixer, pellet mill, cooler, sifter, gas generator, gas boiler, air compressor, water treatment plant, and weighbridge scale. This advanced machinery supports the production of superior feed products, adhering to the highest standards of quality and consistency. In terms of storage, the Narayanganj Feed Mill is well-equipped to handle large volumes of raw materials and finished goods. The facility boasts a raw material storage capacity of 4,000 MT in silos, 11,000 MT in the plant, and an additional 7,000 MT in outside godowns. The finished goods storage capacity is 1,000 MT within the plant, ensuring a steady supply of products ready for distribution.

Specialization

The Narayanganj Feed Mill specializes in producing a diverse range of poultry feed and aqua feed products. Our product portfolio includes 10 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) of poultry feed, covering broiler, layer, and Sonali feeds, and 1 SKU of sinking aqua feed. These products are meticulously formulated to meet the specific nutritional needs of various poultry and fish species, ensuring optimal growth and health.

Sustainability

The facility includes a gas generator exhaust-operated CO generation system, a high-capacity fire hydrant system, and advanced air and water treatment systems.
