ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with BRAC Bank PLC to implement an advanced transaction banking solution, including efficient receivable management. This collaboration is designed to streamline dealer collections, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure greater financial transparency across the organization. Under this partnership, ACI Godrej Agrovet will adopt BRAC Bank’s API-enabled Agent Banking and Virtual Account solutions. The integrated system will connect more than 6,000 distributors nationwide, enabling real-time collection, automated reconciliation, and seamless integration with ACI Godrej Agrovet’s ERP system.
The agreement signing ceremony was held at BRAC Bank’s Head Office on October 22, 2025. The event was attended by Md. Shaheen Iqbal, DMD and Head of Treasury, FI and Corporate & Institutional Banking; AKM Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking; S M Musa, Area Head – Dhaka Regional Corporate from BRAC Bank; and Md. Mohiuddin, Head of Finance & Accounts from ACI Godrej Agrovet. This partnership marks a significant step forward in ACI Godrej Agrovet’s digital transformation journey, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and superior financial management practices.
